Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a Communications Community Manager in London to own the organisation's communications to its growing audience. You will shape how the brand speaks, engage with existing members, and develop new relationships across newsletters, CRM, PR, and digital content.

You will lead a central voice for the community, coordinating events, partnerships, and audience insights to continuously improve engagement and ensure consistency with the organisation's identity.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications or community management within culture, nightlife, arts or similar sectors.
• Ability to write clearly across channels and manage a community-centric narrative.
• Experience managing sizeable membership databases and email communications.
• Strong understanding of tone of voice and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the organisation's overall community communications approach.
• Manage communications across newsletter databases and community updates.
• Develop clear communications for different audiences and membership levels.
• Protect and evolve a distinctive tone of voice across all channels.
• Coordinate website content and ensure information remains current and engaging.
• Support social media communications and content where appropriate.
• Work with PR and other partners to ensure a consistent narrative.
• Develop communications around events and cultural programming.
