Qualifications

• Ability to lead a group of 2–3 individual contributors.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and peers.
• Oversee career growth, performance management, and succession planning for team members.
• Use data and reporting to measure, track, and communicate team and initiative performance.
• Ensure processes, templates, and best practices are used in initiative management.
• Act as first line of defense for escalations raised by program stakeholders.
