Job summary

Agora Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, premium global consumer brand to hire a Commercial Operations Lead. This role sits at the heart of the next growth phase, bridging Operations and Commercial across marketplaces, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.

You will build the processes, workflows and capability from the ground up, working with the Commercial team to ensure demand can be supplied efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience blending operations with commercially minded thinking.
• Experience in Retail/Wholesale Operations, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial demand forecasting and feed it into supply chain planning.
• Flag supply risks early and resolve before affecting B2B relationships.
• Build scalable processes across commercial operations using ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain operational data and reporting for leadership discussions.
• Create and refine SOPs to maintain quality as volume grows.
• Drive margin improvements through warehousing, fulfilment and logistics optimization.
• Own the operational aspects of the commercial P&L with Finance.
