Responsibilities

• Interpret complex internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices and improvements to enhance commercial performance.
• Apply sound commercial judgment to manage opportunities, projects, and deals across product lines and markets.
• Lead the implementation of region-wide commercial bid strategies with governance and accountability across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales Directors to form cross-functional deal teams and mitigate commercial, contractual, technical, and delivery risks before RFQ/tender issuance.
• Drive governance of opportunities, pricing, approvals, and risk assessments in line with policy and risk appetite.
