Job summary

Arabelle Solutions, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Commercial Proposals Manager for Region 2 to identify and mitigate risks in upgrade/proposals. You will work with multifunctional and global teams to quantify risks and drive mitigation across complex, multi-year deals.

You may also prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and assess commercial risk. The role focuses on developing region-specific risks, harmonized tender processes, and leveraging experience to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience in a similar role involving Sales & Proposals.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Job description

As Senior Commercial Proposals Manager within Region 2 you are responsible for Identifying the Project risks associated with current Upgrade/complex proposals in progress. You will work collaboratively with multifunctional and global teams to implement measures to identify and analyze risks and drive the team to mitigate or quantify these risks on complex proposals and multiyear agreements. You will develop Region 2 Opportunity's Risks, ensuring the key risk areas are identified and mitigated within the tender process, ensuring to maintain harmonized approach across the opportunities for example but not limited to. Schedule Solidity Cost solidity Risks Visibility & Mitigations On occasion you may also be responsible for the preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college or similar level experience
• This role requires advanced experience within a similar role involving Sales & Proposals
• It also requires English Language fluent, spoken and written
