Job summary

Healix International is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Esher (UK) or Cape Town (South Africa). You will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across the Healix Group, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements while managing risk and supporting strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Leadership, advising on corporate and contract matters and liaising with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness in a global context.
• Law degree and 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Advise on corporate and company law matters as required.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and legal advisers.
