Job summary

Alliance Healthcare, part of the Cencora group, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support the UK Legal team. You will provide high-quality legal advice, manage risk, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and train non-legal colleagues to safeguard the business across Alliance Healthcare (Distribution) Limited and affiliates.

Requirements include admission as a solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE, strong drafting skills, and a hybrid role from Chessington, Surrey.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice to the UK business and affiliates including Alliance Healthcare (Distribution) Limited and related entities.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements to reflect strategy and minimize risk.
• Manage complex legal projects with minimal supervision and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with current and future regulatory requirements and train non-legal colleagues where appropriate.
• Represent the business in negotiations and regulatory discussions, balancing legal and commercial priorities.
