A bit about the job:
As a Global Collections Manager, you will manage financial relationships with third-party companies worldwide and establish effective processes. A solid understanding of SLAs is essential as you will handle money settlements between offices. You will address issues related to aged debt, stay current with industry trends and regulations, provide guidance and training, support team development, and participate in various projects and initiatives. A key aspect of this role is minimizing aged debt. You will hold regular meetings with network partners who are not meeting their obligations and implement action and development plans to bring these accounts back in line with expectations.
