• Practical understanding of AI enablement in a regulated environment including data governance and control expectations.
• Experience shaping technology requirements including user journeys, acceptance criteria and operating model impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own global COO coverage for CMA Global Sector teams and translate priorities into executable operating plans.
• Oversee the Sector COO team and partner with leadership on strategy execution.
• Deliver globally consistent performance insights grounded in trusted data.
• Shape and deliver CMA’s AI enablement strategy aligned to CIB priorities and growth ambitions.
• Define target-state architecture investments and value cases within risk appetite.
• Prioritize and scale AI use cases with OKRs and KPIs and track benefits.
