- 15+ years of experience in technology and engineering leadership.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong track record in building AI platforms and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and own multi-year AI strategy for COO Technology.
- Develop architecture blueprints for GenAI and agentic workflows.
- Lead end-to-end AI delivery from architecture to production deployment.
- Build and scale the AI engineering organization and budget (~$200M).
- Establish AI governance including MRMs and compliance frameworks.
