Job summary

Tencent Cloud International is seeking an experienced Cloud & AI Solution Architect to join our London, Amsterdam, or Frankfurt team. In this client‑facing role, you will translate business needs into scalable cloud and AI solutions, evaluate requirements, and coordinate with product and engineering teams across regions to secure the right resources for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years’ hands-on experience in public or private cloud environments.
• Experience across two domains: software development, system operations, system integration, solution design, technical consulting, enterprise IT, or big data.
• Fluent English; proficiency in another major European language or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services including business technology consultation, cloud solution training, and technical enablement.
• Collaborate with international architects and partners to design architecture on the Tencent Cloud platform and guide migration and integration for customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to provide robust pre‑sales technical support for key partner projects and opportunities.
• Contribute to building Tencent Cloud’s global technology partner ecosystem and document technical solutions and use cases.
