Job summary

WTW seeks an Associate Global Specialist to join its Multinational Client Management team. You will deliver day-to-day client service to allocated multinational clients and support new and existing business within the relevant Business Area.

You will coordinate renewal data, input into strategy meetings with clients and brokers, monitor KPI delivery with insurers, and help ensure local policies dovetail with global programmes. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting to meet client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client and insurer relationships.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and represent BU and Willis GB credibly.
• Excellent client focus with proven delivery of service.
• Ability to analyze situations and recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of the operating model and strategy for BU and Willis GB.
• Experience with processes and systems supporting client service delivery.
• Intermediate data analysis and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the annual service plan for each Multinational Client.
• Coordinate and consolidate renewal data and the collection process.
• Provide input into strategy meetings with clients, brokers and insurers.
• Monitor KPI achievement with insurer, including policy issuance, premiums and cashflow.
• Input or prepare premium allocations aligned with local tariffs and benchmarks.
• Manage coordination and distribution of network fees.
• Coordinate instructions of group programmes to broker networks and local operations.
• Produce certificates for overseas operations with insurers or local brokers.
• Collect and consolidate local policy summaries to ensure alignment with global programmes.
• Ensure compulsory covers and avoid duplication with global programmes.
