Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Scaled Client Solutions Program Graduate (GBS) for a 2027 start in London. This role supports the Head of SCS, orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, coordinating inputs, timelines, and dependencies across markets.

You will enable SCS leads with structure and operational support, drive cross-functional alignment, and track program KPIs while standardizing processes to scale across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, media, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in media sales, marketing or strategy.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects delivering high-impact results.
• Knowledge of media sales/marketing processes and technologies preferred (auction/programmatic, adtech/martech).
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset with history of meeting ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for the Head of SCS, supporting strategic execution and prioritization across EUI with leads and XFNs.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of SCS programs by aligning inputs, timelines and dependencies.
• Provide structure, clarity, and operational support to ensure consistent program execution across markets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across SCS, CS, Sales, Ops, Policy, and product to unblock execution.
• Own operational cadence including planning cycles, milestones, SLAs and reviews.
• Track KPIs, risks and escalations with visibility across stakeholders.
• Standardize processes, tooling, and documentation to scale SCS across regions.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
• Support new program pilots, launches, and iterations with SCS leadership.
• Support change management and adoption of SCS frameworks across markets.
