Job summary

TikTok in London is seeking a high-potential graduate to join our Account Management/Sales team. You’ll work with internal partners, build pitches that leverage data insights, deliver campaign reports, and support revenue growth across a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates are in their final year, have internships or placements in account management or sales, and possess a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills. Availability May 2027.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with internal partners and complete online training to understand TikTok’s advertising proposition.
• Support the sales team by building pitches that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
• Deliver campaign reports, in-person and virtually, to a wide range of clients to drive performance and revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to stay updated on platform and product developments for the sales team.
• Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and administrative tasks such as documentation and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year of bachelor's degree and available to start in May 2027.
• Previous account management or sales experience - internships/placements and academic work experience counts!
• Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
