Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Mobile Gaming in London, joining the Global Business Solutions team. You will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, drive end-to-end campaign management and collaborate across internal teams to scale bespoke solutions.

You will analyse data to inform ROI improvements and lead regular business reviews, supporting growth across mobile gaming accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising with a client-facing focus.
• Proven experience managing multi-format advertising campaigns (branding and performance).
• Strong analytical mindset to derive insights from data and translate them into business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management, including setup, monitoring and optimisation.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with visualisation tools.
• Fluent written and verbal English to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for key Mobile Gaming clients, maximizing performance across TikTok through full-funnel solutions and platform innovation.
• Lead client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, campaign strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals and strategic account growth.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimise ROI.
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth and performance enhancement.
• Manage campaign lifecycles, ensuring asset delivery and platform readiness with the execution team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok ad solutions and educate clients on new tools and measurement products.
• Partner with Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to scale bespoke solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and scalable best practices for the Client Solutions organisation.
