NFP, an Aon company, is expanding in the UK and Ireland and seeks a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to provide administrative support across service delivery. You will work with the Office Manager and Advisors to deliver outstanding client service, maintain compliance, and manage back-office data and communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in private client and financial planning is preferred.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office are important.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client annual review meetings and maintain compliance in ongoing suitability reports.
• Compile client documentation for switches, withdrawals, and top-ups.
• Prepare of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports for financial advisers.
• Deliver additional business submissions with Providers.
• Handle ongoing client information in the back office to maintain accuracy.
• Follow Adviser review meetings and liaise with the compliance department.
