Job summary

NFP, part of the Aon group, is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to support its Wealth team in Bromsgrove. The role involves administrative support across service delivery, liaising with Advisors and the Office Manager to deliver exceptional client service.

Key duties include preparing client reviews, compiling documentation for switches and withdrawals, and producing compliant suitability reports for advisers. Excellent communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in private client and financial planning industries.
  • Understand back office software used in private client services.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with cashflow modelling software and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client annual review meetings and maintain compliance in ongoing suitability reports.
  • Compile client documentation for switches, withdrawals, and top-ups.
  • Prepare switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports for advisers.
  • Deliver additional business submissions with providers.
  • Handle ongoing client information in back office to maintain accuracy.
  • Follow Adviser review meetings and liaise with compliance, accounts, and other teams.

Job description

We’re hiring for a Client Relationship Manager to support our growing Wealth team in Bromsgrove!

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to provide administrative support across all areas of service delivery, working closely with the Office Manager and relevant Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • Previous experience working within the private client and financial planning industry
  • A proven understanding of private client back office software
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience of cashflow modelling software
  • Transparency with a desire to adhere to the highest standards of compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise work effectively
Using these skills, you’ll be:
  • Preparing client annual review meetings and maintain compliance in the ongoing suitability reports
  • Compiling client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submission
  • Preparing of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in a compliant fashion for financial advisers
  • Delivering additional business submissions with Providers
  • Handling ongoing client information in the back office to maintain accuracy
  • Following Adviser review meetings
  • Liaising with the compliance department, accounts and other parts of the business to lead delivery
  • Looking after any ad hoc client queries
