Global Change Project Manager
Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
London, Leeds or Manchester
£50,000 - £62,000 dependent upon experience + fantastic benefits

As Global Change Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the project and business change delivery relating to Digital People Solutions’ technologies.
You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business ensuring requirements and needs are understood. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope, while also managing the people impact of the change to achieve business outcomes.

Being responsible for delivering the defined business benefits and outcomes and actively managing the cost of delivery
Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies and manage change holistically
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance
Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Design, develop, and manage communication programmes to support change initiatives
Track and report project delivery and change management metrics, ensuring alignment with success criteria
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
Significant knowledge and expertise in business and IT project management within a global, matrix organisation.
Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering end-to-end project lifecycles using a recognised project management methodology (preferably waterfall).
Previous experience in leading People/HR projects and driving business change, with a strong focus on Workday, is highly desirable.
A people centric approach with a strong focus on the end user experience.
Strong influencing skills, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, across all levels of an organisation.
A self starter who is resilient and tenacious in approach, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
