Job summary

CARE USA is leading a multi-year global Supply Chain transformation programme to improve cost, speed, scale, sustainability and response quality across Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Fleet and more. The Senior Global Change Manager will deliver change and deployment artifacts for the transformation, including an integrated Oracle Fusion platform and fleet enhancements.

The role requires a proven track record in change management within a large, international organisation and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 5–7 years’ practical experience in change management and large-scale transformation.
• Experience with source-to-pay system implementation.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
• Experience across a project lifecycle delivering change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analysis and feed into change and comms planning.
• Create and deliver change management materials and transition plans.
• Plan and execute robust project communications to drive alignment.
• Build organizational capability and train stakeholders on CARE's Change Approach.
