Job summary

AAK is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Lead to drive governance, coordination, and execution of its global supply chain transformation agenda. The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, transformation, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCLT operating rhythm, agendas, governance, and action tracking.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear ownership and milestones.
• Facilitate alignment between global strategy and regional execution across regions.
• Coordinate global portfolio of transformation initiatives and interdependencies.
• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications across the organization.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regions and disciplines.
