Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer for an established international manufacturing client. You will lead the sales and marketing strategy to accelerate revenue growth across the UK, Europe and the US.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive international sales performance, strengthen forecasting and pipeline management, and build key customer relationships. You will unite sales and marketing into one high-performing function to turn ambitious plans into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead the group's sales and marketing strategy, with a clear mandate to accelerate profitable growth across the UK, Europe and the US.
• You will drive international sales performance, strengthen forecasting and pipeline management, develop key customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Alongside this, you will lead the marketing agenda, ensuring brand, proposition, product positioning and go-to-market activity are aligned to the group's commercial objectives.
• Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will bring sales and marketing together as one high-performing commercial function, translating ambitious growth plans into measurable results.
