Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Cambridge is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead a team of Compliance Officers, overseeing risk assessment of centres and the organisation of inspections and reviews to safeguard Cambridge International exams.

You will monitor centre adherence to exam regulations, coordinate with stakeholders worldwide, and guide the team to continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in effectively managing people and processes.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills with diplomacy and precision.
• Accurate writing and proofreading with strong command of English.
• Analytical with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in assessing risk in high-stakes environments.
• Proficient with MS Office, databases and new systems.

Responsabilités

• Leading the team through established processes and developing new support approaches.
• Developing data to identify trends and recommend centre improvements.
• Managing information collection from diverse stakeholders and ensuring rapid collations.
• Evaluating evidence and determining needed support, risks, and actions.
• Decision making on action plans and communicating outcomes.
• Providing guidance to the team to ensure exams are administered per regulations.
• Continually improving processes and external guidelines.
• Sitting on Stage One appeal panels related to Compliance.
• Managing a budget of £650k for the Inspections role.
