Cambridge University Press & Assessment seeks a Senior Operational Security and Compliance Manager to protect the validity of English assessments and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead investigations, manage safeguarding, and align security measures with product and regional teams worldwide.

The role drives policies, metrics, and responses to threats, with a hybrid work arrangement in Cambridge and a fixed-term contract until July 2027.

Responsabilités

• Own exam security policies and procedures.
• Govern test security governance; ensure evidence collection and KPIs/SLAs met.
• Design, monitor, and report metrics to prevent unfair advantage in exams.
• Lead major investigations and incidents; make recommendations and actions.
• Liaise with product and regional teams to ensure security measures meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends in the exam security industry and assess threats/opportunities for Cambridge English.
• Update Cambridge English's policies relating to test security to ISO9001.
• Manage the candidate malpractice process and make decisions on malpractice methodology.
• Manage safeguarding incidents for Cambridge English.
