Job summary

Paramount's MTVE International Creative team is seeking an organized Production Administrator to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships from concept to final delivery. You will work with the Production Manager to ensure creative excellence while tracking spend, scheduling, and compliance across campaigns and voiceover bookings.

You'll liaise with legal, HR, and finance, build project schedules, and coordinate with freelancers and agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organizational abilities.
• Experience in shoot preparation and admin tasks.
• Ability to build project schedules and maintain departmental edit schedules.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience raising contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Clear communication with teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Raise PO requisitions for music clearances, post-production, agency fees, shoots, and voiceovers.
• Maintain accurate budgets for each project with the creative team.
• Monitor daily spend by project using purchasing systems and cost managers.
• Set up new suppliers and ensure invoices follow guidelines.
• Liaise with legal, HR and finance on contracts and NDAs.
• Support production management with campaign production and crew bookings.
