Job summary

MTVE International Creative, Paramount's in-house creative team, leads campaigns and branding for MTV and Comedy Central across the UK, international regions, and global feeds. You will work with the Production Manager to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships from concept to delivery, ensuring cost efficiency and creative excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organizational abilities.
• Experience in shoot preparation and admin tasks.
• Ability to budget and forecast accurately.
• Experience keeping accurate budgetary records and reconciling budgets.

Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Order requisitions for music clearances, post-production sessions, agency fees, shoot production, and voiceovers.
• Maintain accurate budgets for each project and monitor daily spends by project.
• Set up new suppliers and ensure invoicing guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Negotiate simple contract terms and liaise with legal, HR, and finance on contracts and payments.
• Support production management with campaign production, crew bookings, and freelancer payments.
