Job summary

Cathay Group in Croydon is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to own and expand our international Cable segment. Based at our Croydon office, you will hunt new business, manage global accounts, and drive revenue growth with autonomy to shape strategy.

You’ll negotiate with premier OEMs and cable manufacturers, design the annual sales plan, and advise clients on bespoke material solutions. A technical/business background and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in cable sales.
• Degree in Business or Technical field.
• Several years in international technical sales for industrial products.
• Self-starter with autonomy and strong drive.
• Fluent English with global negotiation confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual sales plan to grow global market share.
