Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support training responsibilities with Cabin Servers and coordinate training events.
• Maintain an updated training records system and manage records for qualification data.
• Monitor and control training and qualification requirements for Cabin Servers.
• Liaise with training providers and compile reports for management.
• Schedule new hire and recurrent training across the global Cabin Server team.
• Prepare training materials, room setup, and logistics for events.
• Assist with travel logistics, visas, and onboarding for new cabin servers.
• Ensure supplies and resources for the Training Academy are ready for sessions.
