Role Overview: We are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-starting Global Sales & Business Development Manager to drive our international growth. This is a purely commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential for individuals who can successfully identify, pursue, and close new IT projects across diverse global markets. Your success will be directly tied to securing new project contracts and contributing to our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Market Penetration: Proactively identify and research new business opportunities for IT projects in untapped global markets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold outreach, industry events, online research) and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with our technical team to craft compelling, tailored IT solutions and proposals that address client needs and align with our service offerings (e.g., UX design, custom development, AI automation, etc.).
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close new project agreements.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable market insights and client feedback to internal teams to inform service development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a CRM system (if provided by company) or similar tracking method.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent UXlicious Limited professionally and ethically in all global interactions.

Compensation Structure:

  • This is a 100% commission-only role. There is no fixed base salary.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Your income is directly proportional to your success in securing and signing off new IT projects.
  • Guaranteed Commission: Commission is paid as a percentage of the project value upon successful project sign-off and confirmed client payment. The specific commission percentage will be discussed via phone during the assessment process.
  • Performance-Based Rewards: This model is designed for high-achievers who are confident in their ability to generate significant business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable success in B2B sales or business development, specifically securing IT/Tech projects or services.
  • Global Sales Acumen: Experience navigating international markets, understanding cultural nuances, and adapting sales strategies for global reach.
  • IT Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, UX design, software development lifecycles, AI/ML solutions, cloud architecture, workflow automation, enterprise SaaS integration, CMS, CRM, app development, lead generation strategies, and AI voice call automation.
  • Results-Driven: A highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Additional languages are a significant asset.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline from lead generation to close, and thrive in a flexible, performance-oriented environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
