Model of work: Hybrid, with 2 days a week in Northampton office

Main purpose: As part of a key account team, the Business Analyst mines data to understand performance, supporting managerial decision-making and operational delivery for projects aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery. The analyst collaborates with various teams, clients, and third parties to provide actionable insights that drive business management.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with strategy units to establish performance metrics and create insights.
2. Utilize financial and operational data to identify business opportunities.
3. Create reports and presentations to communicate data effectively.
4. Develop test projects to evaluate efficiency opportunities based on insights.
5. Define success criteria and track outcomes of pilot projects.
6. Support business review meetings and other sessions.
7. Work closely with digital and business intelligence teams to leverage reports and develop bespoke solutions as needed.

Team collaboration: You will work with a strategy team focused on analysis-based solutions and a financial sector account team operating in over 25 countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, ideally in real estate or FM sector.
• Experience using data to drive business solutions.
• Proven collaboration across business functions.

Personal skills:

• Strong research and data mining skills.
• Understanding of financial analysis, including ROI and NPV methodologies.
• Organized with excellent communication skills.
• BI literacy with tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• High-quality presentation skills.
• Familiarity with FM industry metrics (preferred).
