Job summary

Edrington is seeking a Senior Marketing Capability Manager to shape how its global marketing organisation builds ultra-premium brands. You will own frameworks, training and the annual Growth Planning process, partnering with markets to deliver plans and drive impact.

Based in Scotland with hybrid working and international travel, you’ll influence senior stakeholders and lead multi-market initiatives to elevate brand-building capabilities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in a broad marketing role (client or agency)
• Genuine grounding in brand building theory and integrated communications
• Confidence with marketing effectiveness metrics and media/channel connections
• Experience designing and delivering training or workshops that change how people work
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders and leading multi-market initiatives

Responsibilities

• Redesign and deliver global training that measurably improves brand-building skills
• Run Growth Planning end-to-end—from templates to quarterly scorecards
• Build practical tools and frameworks used in day-to-day decision making
• Manage external partners and agencies to co-create capability content
• Influence senior stakeholders across brand, insight, media, commercial and HR to secure investment and adoption
