Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Global Bids Manager to lead the coordination, development and submission of strategic bids across regions. You will drive bid excellence, ensure governance and compliance, and champion AI-enabled improvements to proposals across the group.

In this role, you will partner with Presidents, regional leaders and marketing to scale the global bid capability, improve win rates and deliver high‑quality submissions within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a bid, proposals or pursuit management role.
• Strong ability to lead multi-region bids and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve bid quality and speed.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global bids and cross-regional submissions from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant responses.
• Develop bid governance standards, templates and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned for future opportunities.
