Job summary

We Are Adam in the UK is seeking an experienced Bids Executive to join the Property division of a global pro services firm. You will lead the bids from start to finish, coordinating with Bids Manager and Partners to deliver timely responses.

You will shape bid strategy, manage pre-qualification stages, maintain content libraries and produce bid analyses to inform decisions. The role offers hybrid work (2-3 days in the office) across major cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or London.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids and advising on bidding approach.
• Experience in property or professional services.
• Highly diligent with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids process from start to finish with project management.
• Contribute to bid strategy with key themes.
• Support Bid Managers on larger bids.
• Oversee pre-qualification stages for complete responses.
• Manage and enhance content library for automation.
• Produce reports and analyses of bid activity.
• Assist internal projects to improve bid information flow.
