MARI Group in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits & Rewards to lead global benefits strategy and payroll oversight from a London base. You will harmonise benefits across EMEA, APAC and North America, manage renewals with brokers, and partner with Finance on cost models and governance.

This hands-on role sits in a small, fast-moving People Operations team, with growth potential as MARI expands its live events and experiences footprint internationally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in benefits, payroll or reward with benefits as main focus.
• International benefits experience across EMEA and APAC.
• Proven track record in renewals, broker management and negotiations.
• Experience harmonising benefits across countries or brands.
• Payroll oversight across multiple countries with strong controls.

Responsabilidades

• Own benefits strategy and administration across EMEA, APAC and North America.
• Lead renewals with brokers and providers; review claims and benchmark.
• Drive harmonisation of benefits across brands and entities.
• Oversee US benefits move off PEO; plan design and compliance.
• Ensure benefits/payroll data join up with HRIS and providers; automate where possible.
• Ensure compliance including UK pension auto-enrolment and P11D reporting.
