Mistral Ai is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and scale our benefits infrastructure across multiple countries. You will partner with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with growth, translating complex compliance and operational needs into streamlined, employee-focused experiences.

You will design scalable processes, manage brokers and vendors, monitor KPIs, and contribute to mobility and immigration programs as we expand globally.

Formación

• Experience managing benefits for multi-country organizations during hypergrowth.
• Deep knowledge of benefits regulations in EU and/or US.
• Skilled in managing external vendors and brokers for cost and service quality.
• Proven ability to design, document, and improve scalable processes.
• Proficient with HRIS/benefits platforms and strong reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own benefits strategy end-to-end across countries, including enrollment and offboarding.
• Benchmark market competitiveness and propose local adjustments.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and vendors; lead RFPs and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt practices with Legal.
• Design and enhance benefits processes to be scalable and well-documented.
• Maintain high-quality benefits data, build KPIs, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Support employee experience during enrollment and life events with clear communication.
• Collaborate with Finance for budgeting and forecasting.
