Job summary

Mistral is seeking an International Mobility Lead to own and develop our cross-border mobility strategy, supporting employees and the business on moves and assignments across regions.

You will partner with HR and managers, advise on immigration, tax and social security, coordinate payroll topics, and drive policy improvements to ensure a seamless employee experience and compliant, cost-effective mobility delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end.
• Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements.

• Ensure smooth employee experience throughout mobility journey.
• Manage mobility partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery.

The Role

As International Mobility Lead, you will own and develop our international mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on cross-border moves and assignments.

You will act as the key point of contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, business needs and compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end.

• Strong experience in International / Global Mobility within an international HR environment.
• Good knowledge of mobility topics, including immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment, benefits.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR teams, managers and employees.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mobility cases and priorities.
