Job summary

Catalyst Partners, based in London, is seeking a Benefits Manager EMEA & APAC to join its international HR team. You will oversee administration, governance, renewal processes, and enhancements of employee benefit programmes across more than 15 locations in EMEA and APAC.

The role focuses on keeping benefits competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while delivering an exceptional employee experience, reporting into global benefits leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits across multiple countries (EMEA/APAC).
• Renewals, vendor relationships, benchmarking, and programme implementation experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge for international employee benefits and pensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of health, welfare, retirement, pension, wellbeing, and employee benefits programmes across EMEA and APAC.
• Manage annual benefits renewals, including provider coordination, market benchmarking, cost analysis, plan recommendations, negotiation support, and implementation activities.
• Develop relationships with brokers, insurers, pension providers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure service quality and governance.
• Deliver regional benefits projects, including programme enhancements, harmonisation initiatives, market expansions, and new office launches.
• Act as the primary contact for employee benefits queries across the region, providing guidance and supporting engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintain governance documentation, monitor programme effectiveness, and provide reporting to HR leadership.
