Job summary

Potter & Moore Innovations in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced International Sales Manager to lead all sales and commercial activities with retailers and distributors globally. You will drive market entry plans, manage key accounts, and balance short-term growth with long-term brand development.

The role requires 5+ years driving brands in international markets, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, hunter mindset. Flighted travel and a fast-paced team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Evidence of driving and managing brands in international markets predominantly through direct to retail.
• Languages other than English desirable.
• Ideally experience within health/beauty industry, minimum of FMCG background.
• Management of multiple product types across multiple categories within key retail accounts.
• Highly proficient in MS Office systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, drive and execute a strategic sales plan in each targeted region to provide an ongoing pipeline of growth opportunities.
• Focus on nurturing and accelerating growth with high-potential customers through the early stages of their lifecycle, before transitioning them to a Key Account Manager.
• Assess new target markets and key retailers to produce target matrices and go-to-market plans.
• Profit and loss management for each key account with two-year growth strategies and investment plans.
