Job summary

Potter & Moore Innovations, a leading UK beauty and personal care developer and manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic retail partnerships within our Private Label division. You will own commercial strategy, drive profitable growth and shape customer plans across multiple categories.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will negotiate terms, manage P&L for assigned accounts, forecast performance, and coordinate with Product

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing and growing major retail accounts in FMCG.
• Proven track record delivering profitable revenue growth and account expansion.
• Strong negotiations and margin management with cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead relationships across strategic retail customers within Private Label.
• Develop growth plans, forecast performance and drive category expansion.
• Lead customer negotiations and deliver profitable outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure delivery.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with key accounts.
