Job summary

Potter & Moore is seeking an ambitious International Account Manager to expand branded sales across international markets. You will coordinate with retail and distributor partners, manage key accounts, and report to the International Sales Manager, helping turn opportunities into deliveries.

The role requires 1-3 years in FMCG sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure timely, successful launches

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in FMCG sales or commercial coordination.
• Experience with retail and/or distributor customers.
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with presentation and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel and interest in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Support management of retail and distributor customer accounts.
• Organise customer contact planning for consistent touch points by senior team.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer activity, incl. meetings, actions and launches.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse EPOS data, and track account performance.
• Assist with customer presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with Branded team in negotiations and account planning.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development for on-time delivery.
• Research markets, competitors, and customers to identify trends.
• Be willing to travel to customer meetings and trade events when required.
