UNLEASH, a London-based leader in B2B media and events, seeks a commercially minded marketing executive to lead global marketing, content and experience strategies. You will build a high-impact, multi-disciplinary team and drive growth across international markets.

This remote-first role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, travel for major events, and the ability to align brand, content and demand generation to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior B2B marketing leadership experience.
• Title matters less than what you have built and delivered.
• Experience leading a broad, multi-disciplinary marketing function.
• Experience growing international audiences, communities or markets.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the global marketing strategy across events, content, community and commercial propositions.
• Build a connected, commercially accountable marketing function with clear priorities, ownership and measures of success.
• Grow high-quality audiences and deepen year-round engagement with the UNLEASH community.
• Partner with Revenue & Growth to strengthen demand generation, customer value and commercial performance.
• Develop UNLEASH's global brand, content and influence across the future of work, HR and technology.
• Strengthen the use of data, CRM, marketing tech, automation and AI to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and develop experienced functional leaders and maintain accountability and alignment.
• Contribute to shaping UNLEASH's wider strategy and future growth.
