• Develop integrated marketing communications plans aligned to objectives and growth priorities.
• Translate strategy into clear propositions, briefs and communications.
• Lead brand initiatives and product campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Collaborate with product, sales and regional teams to activate launches in market.
• Define launch objectives, target audiences, KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Coach and develop team members where applicable.
