Job summary

SWRP are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive on behalf of a British manufacturer and global supplier. The role is based in Peterborough and focuses on supporting UK, Europe and the Middle East markets with engaging campaigns and digital initiatives.

You will report to the Head of Portfolio & Markets and drive content creation, campaign delivery and performance analysis to fuel commercial growth in a growing international B2B business.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' marketing experience within a B2B environment.
• Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience using digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering, building products, or another technical industry would be advantageous.
• CIM qualification or similar would be beneficial.
• International marketing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
• Create engaging content including brochures, case studies, blogs, website content, and product literature.
• Manage marketing communications across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to support business growth.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer-facing events.
• Support the ongoing development of the company website and digital marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing activity through new tools and technologies.
