Anthropic is seeking a Marketing Events Manager, International to own the execution of events across global markets, driving pipeline, deepening customer relationships, and strengthening the brand. You will manage a diverse portfolio from flagship programs to third-party activations, collaborating with Sales, Policy, and Communications.

You’ll lead on-site logistics, budgets, and cross-functional coordination, traveling regularly across EMEA and APAC to scale Anthropic’s international events

Formación

• 8+ years of B2B event marketing and management experience across EMEA and/or APAC in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country programs with measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Portfolio of brand events translating values into on-brand experiences.
• Experience activating at premium third-party events and hospitality at high-end venues.
• Highly organized with strong project management and ability to run multiple events.
• Collaborative partner across International Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong budget and vendor management with local suppliers and multiple currencies.
• Cultural awareness to adapt events for different markets.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with calm leadership.
• Strong data analysis to measure event success metrics.
• Comfortable with regular travel across EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute international events that deliver on brand objectives and pipeline targets.
• Plan and manage a diverse, multi-country portfolio including flagship events and third-party activations.
• Adapt global programs for international markets while staying aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Creative on event identities and experiential elements.
• Oversee event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Policy, and Communications to maximize impact.
• Build operational frameworks for speaker briefings, event docs, and post-event reporting.
• Provide on-site leadership and logistics management during live experiences.
• Identify opportunities to innovate event formats and experiences.
