Job summary

• 8+ years of B2B event marketing and management across EMEA and/or APAC at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of executing multi-country event programs with measurable pipeline/revenue results.
• Strong portfolio of events that translate company values into on-brand experiences.
• Experience activating at premium third-party events and hospitality at high-end venues.
• Highly organized with ability to run multiple complex events in different markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international events that meet brand objectives, regional sales priorities, and pipeline targets.
• Plan and manage a diverse multi-country portfolio across hosted flagship events, brand activations, conferences, and cultural moments.
• Adapt global programs for international markets while staying aligned with company strategy and local needs.
• Collaborate with Creative on event identities, spatial design, and experiential elements.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to ensure strong ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align event messaging and maximize impact.
• Build operational frameworks for speaker briefings, Know Before You Go, and post-event reporting.
• Provide on-site leadership and logistics for live events.
