Relief International is seeking a Global Awards & Donor Compliance Manager to join the Awards Management Unit. This senior role coordinates donor compliance, award management and partnership oversight across a portfolio of humanitarian programmes from proposal through close-out, liaising with country offices and global teams to ensure quality, risk control and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in awards management, donor compliance and partnership management in international NGO settings.
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of major institutional donors including US and European donors.
• Experience reviewing donor budgets, agreements, reporting and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex donor-funded portfolios and ensure lifecycle compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead management of donor-funded awards and contracts through full award lifecycle, including negotiations and close-out.
• Provide strategic guidance on donor compliance, risks and policies across country programmes.
• Participate in reviews, proposal development and donor agreement reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor performance against awards management standards and KPIs, identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Strengthen donor reporting quality and contribute to donor communication processes.
• Oversee partnership management processes, including due diligence, sub-awards and localization.
• Support audit readiness and implementation of lessons learned to improve performance.
• Lead capacity-building initiatives and training for country office teams on awards management and donor compliance.
• Maintain awards tracking systems, dashboards and knowledge management tools.
