Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven mechanical hardware design experience.
• Experience with hand calculations and FEA.
• Experience producing drawings and design reviews.
• CAD experience in Creo or CATIA V5 is a plus.
• Familiar with Windchill or Teamcenter PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support mechanical hardware design for flight simulators.
• Create detailed specifications, models, and drawings for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting for performance and reliability.
• Engage with suppliers to source and integrate components.
• Support project delivery to time, budget, and quality targets.
