Job summary

TUI Group's Compliance Monitoring Department seeks a Compliance Auditor E&M to uphold safety and regulatory standards across our airline operations. You will conduct audits across multiple AOCs, aligning with EASA, UK IOSA, and relevant aviation regulations.

Travel will be required to audit our global network, with hybrid office attendance per local policy. You will review corrective actions, monitor providers, and lead or co-audit to ensure timely, effective implementation.

Qualifications

• You will ideally have experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance within aviation.
• You will understand EASA regulations, IOSA standards, and airline operational practices.
• Auditor certification is desirable; Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor experience is advantageous.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills and can influence operational teams.

Responsibilities

• You will conduct internal and external audits across multiple AOCs to ensure EASA/UK IOSA compliance.
• You will review root cause analyses, approve corrective action plans, and track implementation.
• You will audit E&M manuals and documents to ensure alignment with regs and procedures.
• You will monitor external service providers and support wet-lease audits as needed.
• You may act as Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor with oversight across domains.
