Job summary

TUI Blue in the United Kingdom is seeking a Compliance Auditor E&M to perform internal and external audits across TUI AOCs, ensuring compliance with EASA, UK IOSA, and local aviation regulations, including CAMO, Part 145, Part 21 organisations and associated providers.

Joining the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool, you will collaborate with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager, review non-compliances, approve corrective actions, monitor external providers, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation compliance monitoring, auditing or QA.
• Knowledge of EASA regulations and IOSA standards.
• Auditor certification desirable; Lead/Co-Auditor experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess compliance and risks.
• Excellent English communication; ability to influence teams.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple audits and document well.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs to ensure compliance with EASA, IOSA and local aviation regulations.
• Collaborate with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager to align audit planning and resources.
• Review non-compliances, approve corrective action plans and track implementation timelines.
• Conduct checks of E&M manuals and documents for regulatory alignment before approval.
• Monitor external service providers and support wet-lease audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain oversight as Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor across all domains.
