Job summary

TUI Airlines invites experienced Compliance Auditor E&M to join our centralised auditing service. You will conduct audits across multiple AOCs, ensuring adherence to EASA, UK IOSA and applicable aviation regulations.

Travel will be required to audit our global operations, with office attendance per local policies. Join the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool to coordinate with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager, review non-compliances and drive timely remediation, while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing or quality assurance in aviation.
• In-depth understanding of EASA, IOSA, and airline operations.
• Auditor certification with Lead/Co-Auditor experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs to meet EASA, UK IOSA and local aviation regulations.
• Coordinate audit planning and resources within the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool.
• Review root cause analyses, approve corrective action plans and track implementation.
• Verify compliance of E&M manuals and documents with current regulations and procedures.
