Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience auditing in a CAA/EASA Part 145 or Aviation environment.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits.
• Confident and professional communication across all levels.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and IT skills.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented and reliable team player.
• Eligible to obtain SC-level (Security Check) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Assess contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability under the 2Excel Management System.
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager in regulatory compliance matters.
• Investigate, determine root causes, and elaborate reports to close findings from customers or authorities.
• Provide professional compliance advisory to the Compliance Department.
• Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure Part 145 compliance.
• Deliver continuation training to 2EE staff per the internal program.
